User Agreement
By booking a ride with Arjun Kumar Taxi Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure the safety of our passengers, drivers, and vehicles on the winding roads of Himachal Pradesh.
Bookings & Cancellations
Booking Policy
- Advance Notice: Outstation trips (e.g., Manali, Shimla) require booking at least 24 hours in advance.
- Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS.
- Token Amount: A small advance token payment may be required for multi-day bookings.
Cancellation Rules
- > 24 Hours: Full refund of advance token if cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup.
- < 24 Hours: Advance token is non-refundable for last-minute cancellations to compensate the driver.
- No Show: Full fare may be charged if the passenger does not show up without notice.
Passenger Conduct
Prohibited Items
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and carrying illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the taxi.
Respectful Behavior
Passengers are expected to treat the driver with respect. Abuse or aggression will result in immediate trip termination.
Luggage Limits
Please inform us of excess luggage in advance. Roof carriers are available but must be requested during booking.
Fares & Payments
Our pricing is transparent. We believe in agreed-upon fares with no hidden surprises. Please review the payment terms below:
Payment Methods
We accept Cash, UPI (GPay/PhonePe), and Net Banking. Payment is expected upon completion of the trip.
Tolls & Parking
Unless explicitly included in a package, all Toll Taxes, State Entry Taxes, and Parking Fees are to be paid extra by the guest.
Night Charges
A standard night allowance applies for driving between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM, or for overnight driver halts.
Liability & Safety
Mountain Driving Disclaimer
While our drivers are experts in hill driving, we are not liable for delays caused by "Force Majeure" events common in Himachal Pradesh, such as landslides, heavy snowfall, sudden road closures, or traffic jams. Safety is our priority over speed.
